Rwanda is a rapidly developing country with a growing population. As the number of cars on the road increases, so does the need for a more efficient and effective way to claim insurance and seek reimbursement for car repairs. The current process for claiming insurance and seeking reimbursement in Rwanda is inefficient and time-consuming. It involves multiple manual steps, such as filling out forms and coordinating between car owners, insurance companies, and garages. This complexity often causes delays, confusion, and frustration for car owners. As a result of the inefficiency and time-consuming nature of the current process, car owners may have to wait longer than necessary to get the money they're owed for repairs or other expenses related to their car.
How might a car owner of a nonluxury car in Rwanda, find a garage to fix her car and get reimbursed on time?
If car owners have access to approved garages it will be faster to get reimbursed back by insurance.
